The memorial has been designed to hold 814 individual bricks, allowing for the purchase of bricks many years into the future. However, anyone wishing to have a brick in place by the day of dedication, should have their order placed by Saturday, March 9, 2013. The bricks sell for $100 each, and forms can be obtained by using the Contact Us or Order Form links below.

Construction has begun on the memorial to honor the veterans of Blandinsville, Good Hope, Sciota and surrounding area. The Memorial is being built on a lot in Blandinsville donated by the village for this purpose. The committee, along with our communities, are busy raising funds in order for construction to continue. Our goal was to raise at least $40.000.00. Any amount over that will be used for additional benches, landscaping and maintenance. The projected date of completion is Memorial Day 2013.
